These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Dark Labyrinth. By playing the game, creating an account, or using the leaderboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Use of the game
Dark Labyrinth is provided as a browser-based game for personal entertainment. You may play as a guest or create an account to save progress and participate in leaderboard features. You agree not to disrupt the game, attack the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to manipulate scores.
Accounts and PINs
When registering, you must choose a username and 4-digit PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN private. Do not choose a username that impersonates another person, contains offensive language, includes private personal information, or violates the rights of others.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use signed-in features. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you should use the game with permission from a parent or guardian.
Leaderboard and fair play
Leaderboard scores are intended to reflect normal gameplay. Modified clients, automated play, exploit abuse, or attempts to submit false scores may result in score removal or account deletion. We may adjust or reset leaderboard data if a bug, exploit, or technical issue affects fairness.
Game availability
The game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, pause, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that progress, leaderboards, or account features will always be available or error-free.
Ads and rewards
Rewarded ads may be added in the future. If rewarded ads are enabled, rewards will only be granted according to the rules shown in the game. Availability of ads may depend on region, device, ad provider policies, and consent choices.
Account deletion
You may delete your account in Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes your saved progress and leaderboard entry. You may register again later if the username is available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Labyrinth and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the game.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the game after updates means you accept the revised terms.
