Dark Labyrinth FAQ
Common questions about accounts, progress, revives, controls, and game modes.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play as a guest, but guest progress is not saved. Creating an account lets the game save your progress, show your username, and include your scores on the leaderboard.
What is saved?
For signed-in players, the game saves the highest campaign level reached for leaderboard ranking. It also saves a separate resume checkpoint so you can continue from your current level if you leave while alive. If you die and do not revive, the resume checkpoint resets, but your highest level remains available for the leaderboard.
How do revives work?
Revives are currently limited while rewarded ads are not connected. The number of available revives increases as your level rises: one revive early on, two after Level 10, three after Level 20, and so on. Later, this system may be connected to rewarded ads.
Why can't I see the whole maze?
The limited torch radius is part of the game design. The maze is meant to feel uncertain and dangerous. The minimap only shows paths you have walked, which helps you navigate without removing the challenge.
Why did standing still not save me?
Standing still reduces sound and helps against Stalkers, but it does not stop enemies from seeing you. Wraiths are deaf and rely on sight, so you must break line of sight by moving around corners or using vents and gadgets.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Signed-in players can open Settings, go to Account, and choose Delete Account. A 4-digit PIN confirmation is required before the account is permanently removed.
Does the game work on phones?
Yes. Dark Labyrinth supports mobile play with an on-screen joystick, touch buttons, and landscape orientation. The settings and help screens are scrollable on smaller screens.
